Meet The Merry Berry Confection Co., founded by Cathlyn Melvin and her husband, Matthew Barham, with a simple belief:

The world gets a little softer when we slow down, keep things simple, and share what we make with people we care about.

And that's exactly what they bring to the Faire.

As Chief Creative, Cathlyn creates desserts that do more than simply taste delicious. Her creations are made to bring back memories, start conversations, inspire new traditions, and give people a moment to slow down and enjoy something wonderful.

With a background in theatre and marketing, Cathlyn brings storytelling, creativity, and an eye for the tiniest details to everything she creates along with the sheer joy of giving people something beautiful and delicious to ooh, ahh, and "mmmm" over.

From the Kingdom of North Carolina comes POUR. Coffee Co., a Mobile espresso bar dedicated to the craft of exceptional coffee and genuine hospitality. 

Serving handcrafted espresso drinks made with locally roasted beans and house-made ingredients, we invite lords, ladies, and weary travelers alike to stop by, share a moment, and enjoy a finely crafted cup before continuing their adventure through the village.

We're excited to welcome D&M Jamaican Food LLC, a locally owned business bringing the bold, vibrant flavors of Jamaica to the Western North Carolina Renaissance Faire!

Whether you're taking a break between performances, refueling after the Royal Open Archery Tournament, or simply craving something delicious, D&M Jamaican Food will be serving up flavorful dishes that are sure to satisfy hungry travelers.

From the family-run Lemonade Barn in Shelby, NC comes a whole barnyard of refreshing flavors, ready to keep our adventurers cool as they wander the village!

What started with a love for fluffy Highland cows has grown into a fresh-squeezed lemonade adventure with every cup squeezed fresh to order and served in their signature cow cups.
